Transforming Zambia starts with rural communities
People in rural areas of Sub-Saharan Africa experience the most extreme poverty in the world. These communities are overlooked and lack sufficient social services and resources to improve their lives.
Transforming Zambia’s team is working to help people in North-Western Zambia with staff on the ground in those communities to help harness resources and coordinate services
What We Do
Identify needs in the community and create initiatives/programs to address the needs
Foster community engagement in the programs/projects
Collaborate with other organizations and coordinate services provided by government and non-governmental organizations
Fill in the gaps where additional resources are needed
